The following terms are not open to negotiation.

Quality Assurance
Midland Mobility ltd products are of the highest standard, sourced in new condition from the leading manufacturers. We rigorously inspect all outgoing products prior to dispatch.

VAT Exemption
Prices on most of our products are vat exempt. We supply a straight-forward form for you to complete to qualify for that exemption and no documentation is required.

Returns Policy
If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase we do offer a full refund under the following terms: the item must be in as new, unused, full working condition and in its original packaging. We expect notification of any problem within 10 days of delivery and customers are expected to meet the cost of delivery.

In the unlikely event your product arrives in faulty condition, it is essential to contact us immediately, preferably within 24 hours. Again refunds cannot be issued if you do not contact within this timeframe and all goods should be returned in original condition and packaging for further inspection by our engineers.

We can only refund a deposit if a cancellation has been made prior to dispatch.

by cheque (please allow 4/5 working days for cheques to clear prior to dispatch of items).

Warranty & Guarentee
All new products purchased from midland mobility come with a twelve month guarantee from the date of purchase covering manufacturing/product faults and failures. In the unlikely event you do have a problem with your purchase please contact us promptly and our after sales team will endeavour to help and advise you. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Please note that our warranty covers mechanical failures but excludes natural wear and tear, consumables such as bulbs or tyres and general maintenance issues like flat batteries, punctures and breakages.

Delivery is free for orders over 100, excluding large items including wheelchairs, scooters and stair lifts. Please contact our sales team for information regarding delivery costs on such items, as prices can vary depending on your location.

We endeavour to deliver most products within 14 days, however inevitably for some specialist items this can take longer. We guarantee a maximum delivery time of 14 days. If there is any delay on delivery for overseas items we will notify immediately.

We can offer expert guidance and advice on the products available, however this does not extend to medical expertise on the individual needs of customers. If you are concerned about the suitability of individual products for your needs please seek expert advice. Be aware that purchases are made at your own discretion and we are unable to offer refunds on products that do not meet your expectations.

All images on the website are of a high quality, however colours may vary slightly. All sizes listed on this website are approximate.

We are unable to offer specific insurance advice due to the financial services act. However, we can send out information to our customers who have the option to take out a specialist insurance policy. We strongly recommend this, particularly for powered mobility vehicles and lifts.
